Notes:
If you want to use other FUNCTION utilities in combination with Timer TX, when the message
"ENTER FAX NO." is displayed, press the "Function" key and select the function you want. Only
the following three features can be used together with Timer TX:
•
Broadcast
•
Mailbox TX
•
Polling RX
For the setting the FUNCTION utilities to be used in combination with Timer TX, see the
relevant pages dealing with those features in greater detail.
•
All fax transmission functions can be used even while the machine is in the standby state
for Timer TX.
•
When you changed the contents of the destination registered in One Touch Dial key and
"Speed Dial" key before starting the Timer transmission, the changed destination is
deleted from the destinations to which you want to perform the Timer transmission.
If you want to perform the Timer transmission to the changed destination, you need to set
the Timer TX again.
For example:
1. At time: 12:00, you set the Timer transmission by the Broadcast.
•
Transmission time: 23:00
•
Transmission party: One Touch key 01, 02, 03
2. At time: 15:00, if you change the setting of the One Touch key 01
Change the fax number of One Touch key 01, then One Touch key 01 is automatically
deleted from the Timer and Broadcast transmission.
•
Transmission time: 23:00
•
Transmission party: One Touch key 02, 03
3. Add One Touch key 01 to the Timer transmission again, if you need
Add the new One Touch key 01 to the Timer transmission.
•
Transmission Time: 23:00
•
Transmission Party: One Touch key 01, 02, 03
