ASSEMBLY AND LUBRICATION
Hitch Assembly
Remove Hitch from Main Frame
1.
Remove hitch assembly from main frame by
removing all u-bolts and shipping stand
Attach Hitch to Main Frame
1.
Attach hitch assembly to main frame with 1/2-13 x 2
hex bolts, 1/2 flat washers (one on each side of
plates) and 1/2-13 lock nuts
2.
Attach hose holder bracket with 1/2-13 nylock nut.
3.
Mount the harness store-a-way to bottom side of
hose holder bracket with 1/4-20 x 1 hex bolts and
1/4-20 lock nuts.
4.
Mount the hose clamp holder to top of hose holder
bracket with 3/8-16 x 3-1/2 all thread, 3/8-16 hex nut
(bottom side clamp)
and 3/8-16 lock nut
(top side
clamp)
. Do not tighten hose clamp holder until hoses
and wire harness are routed through hose clamp
holder.
