WARRANTY
MANU FAC TUR ER’S GUAR AN TEE POL ICY
LAN DOLL COR PO RA TION WAR RANTY
LAN DOLL war rants each new and un used LAN DOLL ma chine, when
prop erly as sem bled, ad justed, and op er ated, to be free of de fects in
ma te rial and work man ship, in nor mal use and when prop erly serv iced,
for a pe riod of twelve (12) months af ter date of de liv ery by the Dealer to
the origi nal re tail pur chaser. LAN DOLL shall re pair or re place, at its op -
tion, freight on board (f.o.b.) at its fac tory or des ig nated DEALER lo ca -
tion, any part or parts of such new and un
used ma chine which shall
have been re ported in writ ing to LAN DOLL within thirty (30) days from
date of fail ure thereof and which LAN DOLL in spec tion shall dis close to
have been de fec tive. De fec tive parts must be re turned to the LAN DOLL
fac tory, freight pre paid. LAN DOLL will not be li able for la bor, trans por -
ta tion, or any other charges re sult ing from re place ment of a de fec tive
part. This war ranty is void if any part not sup plied by LAN DOLL is used
in as
sem bly or re pair, or if the ma chine has been al tered, abused, or
ne glected. LAN DOLL re pair parts are war ranted for ninety (90) days
from date of re place ment or for the un ex pired war ranty pe riod of the
ap pli ca ble LAN DOLL ma chine, which ever pe riod is longer. LAN DOLL
makes no war ranty, what so ever, as to pur chased com po nent parts and
other trade ac ces so ries, ex cept to the ex tent that such items are war -
ranted by the manu
fac turer thereof. THIS WAR RANTY IS EX CLU SIVE
AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WAR RAN TIES, WHETHER EX PRESSED,
IM PLIED, OR STATU TORY (IN CLUD ING WAR RAN TIES OF MER CHANT -
ABIL ITY AND FIT NESS FOR PUR POSE), AND LAN DOLL SHALL NOT BE
LI ABLE FOR SPE CIAL OR CON SE QUEN TIAL DAM AGES OF ANY KIND
ON AC COUNT OF ANY LAN DOLL PROD UCT.
NO EM PLOYEE OR REP RE SEN TA TIVE IS AUTHOR IZED TO CHANGE
THIS WAR RANTY, VER BALLY OR IN WRIT ING, OR GRANT ANY OTHER
WAR RANTY.
LAN DOLL COR PO RA TION, WHOSE POL ICY IS ONE OF CON TINU OUS
IM PROVE MENT, RE SERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES WITH OUT
OB LI GA TION TO MOD IFY PRE VI OUSLY PRO DUCED EQUIP MENT.
