Gearbox
Check oil level in gearbox by unscrewing top vented
dipstick. Wipe oil from dipstick and screw dipstick in
without tightening. Unscrew dipstick and check oil on
dipstick. If on or below bottom level mark, add
recommended gear lube through dipstick hole until oil
reaches top mark on dipstick. Do not overfill. Reinstall
vented dipstick and tighten.
Type of lubrication = Gear Lube 80-90W EP
Quantity = As required
IMPORTANT:
Take your gearbox to your dealer
should it require repair work. Check oil level in
gearbox at least every 50 hours of operation.
Chaincase
Type of Lubrication:
Shell Gadus S2 V220 00 flowable grease
Land Pride #821-045C (32oz. bottle)
Quantity: Gear Lube will run out of lower plug when full.
Check lubricant level in the chaincase
after the machine has run long enough to heat the
lubricant to a fluid state. Level the machine and
remove lower level plug. Heated lubricant should
reach the bottom of the plug hole. If needed, add
recommended lubricant through the level hole or fill
hole. Tighten all removed plugs when done.

Screw dipstick fully in and then
unscrew to check level. Oil level should
be between the two marks on dipstick.
Add oil if on or below bottom mark.
