Third Function Wire Harness
Routing for Cab Tractors
Refer to Figure 1-10 through Figure 1-16:
Preparations
1. Before routing wire harness, disassemble meter
panel cover (J).

2. Fold over the rubber floor mat (K) and underlying
foam pad (L) to gain access to hole (a) in tractor
floorboard.
3. Route the valve branch of the wire harness with black
and green Deutsch connectors out through hole (a).

Routing Power Supply Branch
1. Cut out a channel (b) on the underlying foam pad (L)
to accommodate the power supply branch of the wire
harness along the tractor floorboard.
2. Route power supply branch from the lower console
cover (G), along the channel cutout, and up through
exit point (c).

3. Disconnect green relay connector (M) found on the
upper right side of what is typically covered by
disassembled meter panel cover (J).

4. Continue routing power supply branch up and behind
right side of disassembled meter panel cover (J).
5. Connect the green relay connector (M) to the female
connector on the power supply branch.
IMPORTANT:
Only apply channel cut out to foam
pad (L). Do not cut the rubber floor mat (K).

This relay provides power to the exterior
lights mounted on top of the cab.
