Hose Stay Mount Assembly
Refer to Figure 1-25 & Figure 1-26:
1. Locate the loader frame hydraulic cylinder (N) and its
corresponding pin (O) above the front-left tractor tire.

2. Mount hose stay (#2) to pin (O) from inner side of
loader frame.
3. Secure hose stay (#2) to loader frame with a 3/8-16
bolt (#6), flat washer (#11), and flange lock nut (#9).
4. Tighten fasteners (#6 & #9) to 42 ft-lbs (31 N
·
m).

Loader Bulkhead Mount Assembly
Refer to Figure 1-27 & Figure 1-28:
1. Attach bulkhead fittings (#5A & #5B) to bulkhead
mount (#1). Tighten bulkhead locknuts to the left side
of bulkhead mount (#1) as shown in Figure 1-28.
2. Attach male coupler (#17) to the bottom bulkhead
fitting (#5B) on bulkhead mount (#1). Tighten and
secure fittings.
3. Attach female coupler (#25) to the top bulkhead
fitting (#5A) on bulkhead mount (#1). Tighten and
secure fittings.

4. Secure assembled bulkhead mount (#1) to the loader
frame’s tube cover with preexisting fastener (P).
