Problems
Possible causes
Solutions
Product leakage
inside XL 8 lance
Tubing is not correctly pushed
into the push fit connector.
Push the hose in fully into the
push fit connector. See assembly
instructions on page 5.
Dust has built up between
the flexi-tip tubing end or the
main tubing end at the push fit
connector.
Remove the push fit connector
and tap on a hard surface to
dislodge trapped dust or rinse
under hot running water and allow
to dry then re-fit to XL 8 lance. See
assembly instructions on page 5.
The flexi-tip or tubing has
developed a crack/ hole.
Purchase a replacement
flexi-tip. See page 10 for
maintenance instructions.
The hose has developed a crack/
hole.
Purchase a replacement hose kit.
Product not
exiting the XL 8
lance
There is a dust blockage inside
the main tubing.
Purchase a dust unblocking tool.
See page 12 for maintenance
instructions.
There is a dust blockage in the
push fit connector.
Remove the push fit connector
