-Power  cord  is  not  properly

-Check  that  the  power  switch  is

Excessive noise 

-Operation  of  gears  is  not   
smooth 

-Turn  off  the  machine,  and

Bad lamination 

-Laminated

wrinkled, damp, or folded 

Adjust  temperature  lower  or 
higher and/ or adjust speed 

No increase of temperature 

-Check the power plug 

-Check  that  the  power  plug  and 
switch  is  turned  on  or  contact 
support 

Frequent curling of film 

-The temperature may be too hot  -Lower the temperature 

Edge of document is not sealed 

-Document  is  too  thick  to  seal 
the edges of the film 

-Use a thinner document or leave 
more 

space 

around 

the 

edges(approx. 5mm) 

Emergency state 

-Something  may  be  stuck 
between  the  heated  rollers  or 
they are out of position 

-Turn  off  the  switch  and  contact

Lamination Depot warrants the TL-600 against any defects for 12 months from the date of original purchase. Warranty does not cover 
normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by operator error or misuse. Should any defect appear within 12 month warranty from date of 
purchase we will gladly repair or replace the machine. To start a warranty claim within 12 months from date of purchase please contact our

To process your warranty claim, the machine must be returned in its complete original packaging to avoid incidental damages in transit by 
the carrier of your choice. Lamination Depot does not cover shipping costs for claims nor is responsible for any damages caused by the
