Laitetta huollettaessa on peruskoneen
hydrauliikka ehdottomasti kytkettä-
vä pois, peruskone sammutettava ja
käsijarru laitettava päälle. Keräävä
harjalaite on tuettava, jos huolto vaa-
tii sen alle menemisen. Älä koskaan
mene laitteen alle, ellei se ole tuettu.
Päivittäinen huolto:
- tarkista rakenteiden yleinen kunto,
tarvittaessa korjaa viat
- hydrauliikkaletkujen ja liittimien kunto,
vaihda rikkoutuneet uusiin
- Rasvaa laitteen ja peruskoneen
välissä oleva liukukolo (kuva 2)
50 käyttötunnin välein:
- Suorita rasvanippojen voitelu (katso
kuvat 4 - 8 ). Nipat on merkitty valkoi-
silla nuolilla.
- tarkista pulttien ja muttereiden kireys
Tarkista pulttien muttereiden kireys
ensimmäisen käyttöpäivän jälkeen.
Mikäli laite jätetään käyttämättä pi-
temmäksi ajaksi, puhdista laite hyvin
viimeisen käytön jälkeen, rasvaa ni-
pat, jos mahdollista niin varastoi sisä-
tiloihin. Jos laite on varustettu kaste-
lujärjestelmällä, niin muista tyhjentää
vesisäiliö.
Tarkista päivittäin lamellien kulunei-
suus ja vaihda lamellit tarvittaessa
(katso harjalamellien vaihto).
Vid service av apparaten måste fordo-

om servicen kräver att man måste gå
in under apparaten. Gå aldrig under
apparaten om den inte är understödd.
Daglig service:
- kontrollera stommens allmänna
skick, åtgärda fel vid behov
- kontrollera skicket hos hydraulslangar
och nipplar, byt ut trasiga delar
- smörj glidhål (bild 2)
Med 50 drifttimmars mellanrum:
- smörj vid smörjnipplarna (bild 4 - 8)
- kontrollera åtdragningen av skruvar
och muttrar
Kontrollera efter den första dagens
drift att skruvar och muttrar är åtdrag-
na!
Om apparaten ska stå oanvänd länge,
rengör den ordentligt och smörj alla
smörjställen.
Om utrustningen är försedd med vat-
tensprutsystem, kom ihåg att tömma
vattenbehållaren.
Kontrollera lamellernas slitage dag-
ligen och byt lameller vid behov (se
avsnittet om byte av lameller).
When maintaining the collecting sweep-
er, the hydraulics and the engine of the
basic machine must be turned off and
the parking brake has to be on. The
collecting sweeper must be supported
if the maintenance requires going un-
der the collection sweeper. Never go
under the device if it is not supported.
Daily maintenance:
- Check the general condition of the chas-
sis, and repair the possible damage
- Check the condition of the hydraulic
hoses and connectors and replace
them if necessary
- Grease the sliding hole (picture 2)
Every 50 hours of operation:
- Grease the lubrification fittings
(picture 4 - 8). Grease fittings are
marked with white arrows.
- Check tighteness of the bolts and nuts
Check the tighteness of the bolts and
nuts after first day of operation.
If the collecting sweeper is not used in a
longer period of time, clean the device
properly after the last use, lubricate the
fittings, and if possible, store it indoors.
If the device is equiped with watering
system, empty the tanks.
Check daily if the guided vanes have
worn off, and change them if needed
(see Changing the Guided Vanes).
