WHAT YOU DO
Place the sausages, onion and mushrooms in the cooking pot and cook on a low heat
until they start to brown. Add the macaroni, stock, cream, salt and pepper.
Place the lid on the pot with the pressure regulating valve turned to high and lock the lid.
Turn the heat up high and bring to pressure, then reduce the heat and cook for 7 minutes.
Turn off the heat. Release the pressure as described on page 20 and remove the lid. Add
the butter, milk and grated cheese, then place in a serving dish. Serve immediately or
place under a hot grill for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden.
