Position 1:
For gradual cooking, approx. 113°C (cooking organic
food).
For steaming sensitive food like vegetables, fish, etc.
2.
Position 2:
For quick cooking, approx. 120°C (quick cooking).
For cooking and braising, e.g. meat, soup, stews, etc.
