Laguna Water Gardening Pump
250: Because of its size, this pump is
not equipped with a base to attach the unit to its surroundings.
There are three suction cups to secure it to the bottom. Ensure the
area is clear of debris that might be sucked into the input and clog
the impeller.
Laguna Water Gardening Pumps

equipped with a removable base. It can be used with suction cups
(included) to secure to the bottom. Alternately, four holes in the
base unit allow screws to position the pump in the correct place.
Once the base is positioned with either suction cups or screws,
place the pump over the base, output facing in the same direction
as the arrow engraved on the base. Press down and forward to
lock the pump to the base.
Laguna Water Gardening Pumps
2000, 3000, 5000 and 7000: The
base is equipped with suction cups, as well as, four holes to allow
the base to be screwed into a piece of wood or other base material.
Once the base has been attached, slide the pump unit onto the
base for a solid platform.
Ensure that the water does not contain particulate matter that may
enter the pump and damage the impeller and motor.
Applications which have very fine grades of mud, sand, or gravel
require an impeller guard or nylon mesh placed over the water intake
to prevent the pump from clogging.
Connect power cord to electrical outlet. In order to start, the pump
must be filled with water. If the unit does not start immediately, tilt
output up slightly to eliminate any air bubbles in the system.
Ensure that the pump is submerged during operation.
The removable pump bases on
