A.
They are under the rail at each end of the machine and can be adjusted up/down and in/out.
Q.
I want to align my sliding table to the saw table and need to know the best way to do this.
A.
One way is to use a good straight edge as shown below. Use the adjusting screws under
each end of the rail, adjusting it to a level position. Figure 2 shows the two most outer large
eccentric bearings under the sliding table. Loosen the center cap screw and turn the nut to
adjust.
The other method of alignment is to use two pieces of straight tube steel or very straight
wood and clamp them to the main saw table with C clamps then loosen screws under rail and
clamp sliding table to the steel tube. Now that the two tables are level, you can tighten all the
bolts. (see figure 3)
Q.
The raise arm for the saw blade is stuck. How do I get it to move again?
A.
A piece of material has been lodged in the front saw arbor guide. Tilt the saw 45 degrees and
look through the access door under the raise arm. There is a plate in front of the saw arbor
which should be removed by three cap bolts. Once it is off, clean out the material and put it
back on the machine. Be careful not to tighten the center bolt too much because it has no
spacer behind it. Lubricate the slide area with a Teflon spray only.
Q.
What size is the small sliding table and what is the large sliding table size?
A.
14" x 14" and 17" x 32".
35.
