Set coffee volumes for each selection; ensure "granulometry" and "weight" parameters are correct, based on the type of beverage you wish to
serve (E.g. Espresso 1 cup= 25 +/- 5 ml of product in cup extracted in 25+/-5 seconds)
M.A.T. 3.0 (OPTIONAL):
Select the Menu
to access the M.A.T. 3.0 (Milk Automatic Temperature) Menu to modify maximum Temperature parameters for
the heating of milk and the degree of emulsion (cream).
The following will appear on the Display:
TMax:
This value refers to maximum milk temperature at the end of the heating/emulsification procedure. Set the value according to beverage
consumption requirements
Air START:
This parameter refers to the amount of air used for the emulsion, which is added to milk until TStep temperature is reached. The
higher the value, the greater the degree of emulsification during milk heating.
TStep:
This parameter refers to the temperature; once reached, the percentage (amount) of air used for emulsification changes and goes to Air
Step value.
Air Step:
This parameter refers to the amount of air used for emulsification, which is added to milk when TStep value is reached, until the cycle
ends (when TMax value is reached).
