command can specify the axis

the field has to be evaluated (T for total
field value). When no axis is indicated
field values for X, Y, Z axis fields and T
field are returned. The command must
specify the frequency f range [

where:

is the wide band field on the

u is the measurement unit
fs is the start frequency in Hz.
fe is the end frequency in Hz.
a is axis which can be X, Y, Z, or T.
Or in the format

where:
vx is the wide band field on the x -axis
(similar for y and z axis)
vt is the total wide band field
u is the measurement unit
fs is the start frequency in Hz.
fe is the end frequency in Hz.
a is axis which can be X, Y, Z, or T.
An error is returned when
fe is lower than
fs +10*(frequency resolution), or when fe
is higher than the span. Frequency values
may differ from the requested ones
because they depend on the selected
frequency resolution (span setting).
+ means an over-range has occurred
