Appendix A: Administrative user commands to force
transmit during P1dB testing
If you are unable to use physical coverage of ASMs to ensure that transmit occurs from the desired antenna during the
time of P1dB testing, follow the steps below to adjusting transmit.
1.
Access the mTenna Plus via SSH.
2.
Check the ASM’s web-based user interface and ensure that the BUC and ASM under measurement have line-of-
sight, PL sync, sufficient SNR (greater than 0), and reasonable scan angle (theta < 65°).
3.
Force transmit from the desired ASM (in the example below, this is ASM 1).

Restart the automatic weighting process before moving the platform. The system will not resume normal
operation until this step is performed.
