Before performing any repairs or maintenance, lockout and tagout

must be installed at all loca

tions.

See “Lockout Tagout Procedure” on page

1-13.

All maintenance and repairs to electrical circuitry should only be performed by a qualified electri

cian.

Warning:

Lever Style Electrical Panels:

Lever style panels have a lock system that can

be unlocked to allow access to electrical penal that

still has power applied.

High Voltage may cause

injury or death.

Do not open the cabinets with

out High Voltage training or without permission from a supervisor.

Warning:

Disconnect Style Panels:

When

opening the cabinet you must first turn off

the disconnect switch. When the cabinet door is open there is

still power

on the top side of the disconnect switch

more than one supply located at different locations.
