Machine Position Feedback:
The top right corner box displays
the postilion the machine and
measured width of the door.
• Current Position: Shows the
current position of the mov-
able fence.
• Measured Width: Shows the
measured scanned width of the
incoming door.
Tip: The measured width shown in the
feedback box should be within 1/8 “of
actual width of the door as it feeds into
the 558.
If the width displayed is more than 1/8”
than the door, go to the Set-Up Screen
and calibrate the
Auto Width Eye . (See
“Auto Width Eye:” on page 2-28.)
Preset Selections
This selection of buttons
allows a quick way to load
the preset widths of a saved
door. The preset values are
created in the
Preset Menu.
