Ersa HR 200

Introduction
Thank you for choosing the ERSA rework system HR 200. It is suitable for all standard and
lead-free rework operations.
With this patented hybrid technology, heat transfer occurs through a combination of
radiation and convective heat. Through this technology, an optimum heat input with re
-
spect to pure infrared or hot air devices is achieved with lower energy consumption. The
operation control via a foot switch leaves both hands free for the rework process.
1.1
Intended use
HR 200 is exclusively intended for processing soft solder. Any inappropriate use and
improper operation on the device shall void all warranty and liability claims of the buyer
against the manufacturer.
The device has been built according to state-of-the-art technology and generally accept-
ed technical safety rules. However, the device may pose some residual risks, in partic

ular if it is improperly operated by untrained staff or not used as intended. The Rework
System HR 200 is intended for industrial indoor use. The device is solely intended for de-
soldering and soldering electronic components on printed circuit boards. Any other use
that is beyond the scope of such use shall be deemed as improper. The manufacturer/
supplier will not be liable for any damage resulting thereof. Intended use also comprises
the observance of the operating manual as well as the safety instructions.
