The holes of Pressure Seal Plate

(10) Apply Wash Buffer to each Cartridge.
Use the pipette to apply Wash Buffer to each
Cartridge through the hole of the Pressure Seal Plate.
In this operation, take care not to touch the
Cartridges.
If the above procedure is difficult, hold the two ends
of the pressure seal plate and rotate the plate from
the front to the back of the holder by 90°. While
standing, insert the plate into the notches at the top
of the cartridge holder and add the Wash Buffer
.
In
this operation, take care not to touch the Cartridge
or the packing (back) of the pressure seal plate with
the pipette. Once the Washing Buffer has been
added to the Cartridges, rotate the pressure seal plate
90° to return to the original condition.
Note
:
If any Wash Buffer is left on the Pressure Seal Plate,
wipe it off with a soft paper tissue.

(11) Rotate the rotary switch then pressurized air is put
into the Cartridges to perform the wash process.
Note
:
Refer to Step (3) to (8).
Important
:
Use both hands to rotate the rotary switch.
