End of cooking
When the set food probe temperature is reached
– the appliance switches off automatically
– an acoustic signal is emitted for 1 minute
– the actual food probe temperature, e.g. , appears in the display.
– the symbol flashes.

Press the button to switch off the appliance.
Measuring the food probe temperature

Select the desired operating mode and cooking space temperature.
➤
Press the button 1×.
– flashes in the display.
– The symbol flashes.
➤
Press the adjusting knob to confirm.
– The actual food probe temperature is displayed during the cooking
process.
As long as the food probe temperature is below 30 °C,
– appears in the display.
If the meat is left in the cooking space after having switched off the
appliance, the food probe temperature will continue to rise due to the
residual heat.
The operating mode must be switched off manually.
