Putting into service
Hydraulic connections
The tractor must be equipped with 2 double acting
valves.
Connect hydraulic hoses (a) and (b) of diameter 16 mm
(0.6’’) on the same tractor double acting valve.
Hoses (a) and (b) supply the following cylinders:
- Transport lock cylinders.
- Machine unfolding/folding cylinders.
- Pick-up pivot cylinders.
- Pick-up height adjustment cylinders.
Connect hydraulic hoses (c) and (d) of diameter 20 mm
(0.8’’) on the same tractor double acting valve.
Hoses (c) and (d) supply the following cylinders:
- Cylinders for setting the machine into headland turn
position.
After connecting the hoses, check that there is no risk of
catching them during operation.
This valve must have a floating position.
Before connecting hoses to the tractor
hydraulics, ensure that tractor and machine
circuits are not under pressure.
Before disconnecting a hose, depressurize
the hydraulic circuit.
