- Rotate the roller to tension the lower chain strand.
- Mark sprocket (1) and shaft end (2).
- Mark sprocket (3), shaft end (4) and holder (5).
- Remove sprockets (1) and chain (2).
- Clean out old grease from holder and cover.
- Place pinion and sprocket in the new chain.
- Tension lower chain span, align marks and reinstall
the unit.
The marks enable to start the roller
synchronization operation correctly.
The closed end of the chain master link clip is
leading in the direction of chrain travel.
