Checking the roller parallelism and gap

Tie-rods (1) located on each conditioner are factory

adjusted to ensure the parallelism and a minimum play
between rollers.

Fold and lock front guards.

The machine is fitted with two sets of rollers

Check minimum gap between rollers:

J = 2 to 3 mm (0.08’’ - 0.12’’)
