Step 2 – Clear cargo bed of any objects.
Step 1 – Open Tailgate
Step 4 – Place side Mounting wall onto the cargo bed.
(Repeat on Driver/Passenger Side)
Step 5 – Use a 1/2 ” & 9/16" socket/wrench to bolt support bolts. Insert the Use the 5/16" x 3/4"
with washers t o bolt the top wall bracket and the 3/8 " x 3 " with lock washer to bolt the wall
bracket to the cargo bed.
(Repeat on Driver/Passenger Side)

Step 3 – Remove the the 4 Bed Tie down Hinges.
Also remove the bolt in front of b ed tie down hinge.

Step 6 – Use a 1/2 ” socket/wrench to bolt support bolts. Use
the 5/16" x 1" with washers to bolt the Mount wall to the
cargo bed.
(Repeat on Driver/Passenger Side)
Step 7 – Place Passenger side of the Impac 500 Unit on top of the Wall Mount u se a 1/2 ”
socket/wrench to bolt the 5/16" x 1 " on the front and 5/16" x 3/4"bolts with washers on the
rear side.
(Repeat on Driver/Passenger Side)
Step 8 –– Place the winch rail into the arm on the passenger side and connect the driver side power connector. Then place winch rail into arm and bolt down
with EZ806 – 5/16”-18 x 4” with EZ579 – 5/16” flat washer and EZ691 – 5/16”-18 nylock nuts.
