against the resistance of the spring.

be pressed in against the resistance of the spring.

Screw on fluid barrier
as far as it will go.

The fluid barrier must be tightened as much as possible. Do not use tools.

Install the special tool on the cartridge.

The special tool must be used to prevent the adjusting tube being lifted and
thus to prevent oil from reaching the piston rod.

Slide the cartridge into the inner tube.

Mount and tighten tap compression

Pull out the piston rod. Mount the spring. Mount the spring again.
