The

TA 2D

is a 2 channel power amplifier with a built-in digital controller module.

When selecting a new program, both the inputs and the outputs are appropriately configured in
the correct set up.

While being used in the wide application field of sound and speech in highest performance and
quality in all sizes of venues, this amplifier can be used as well for recording studios or commercial/
industrial applications.

Please check when opening the packaging, that there are no obvious damages due to
transportation, which could do harm to the product or the operator.

Generally the

TA 2D

comes already equipped with subwoofer programs. In any event please cross-

check and make sure the program loaded is the one you need for the speaker configuration you
want to run it with.

Please connect the input signal and the speaker outputs on the backside of the amplifier, while the
amp is not yet switched on. Please make sure you are aware of the explanation as listed for the
digital controller program. The power chord is a PowerCon connector cable with a wide range
automatic power switching mode module operating between 100 volt and 250 volt. Please
connect the power chord only to power outlets which are surge protected.

Once you have double checked all connecting cables, please adjust the volume of the input signal
to low and activate the MAINS switch (11) to its right position. After a few seconds the display in
the front part of the amplifier will confirm the ready status of the power amp.

If you do not want to use the power amp for a relative short time period, you can deactivate the
amp by its STAND BY function. (1)
