Working with the EMA-bar
The EMA-bar

is provided to soups, sauces,
stews and purees to emulsification, or to mix
and beat. Put the hand mixer at a slight angle
into the liquid, make sure that the maximum
immersion depth is not exceeded, and the
rotor doesn’t touch the ground floor of the pot.
Turn on the hand mixer at the switch

the start of the operation make the knob

for
about one second on the highest speed. Then
they can set the desired speed and stop the
operation and turn off the switch

Now you can take the hand mixer
from the liquid.
Working with the Mixer bar
The mixer bar

is in addition intended soups,
sauces, stews and purees to mixes. At the work
with the mixer bar you proceed in the same
manner like with the EMA-bar.
