6.
Installation and Initial Operation
The hand mixer is shipped ready for use.
Before the initial operation of the mixer, the
bar must be mounted. Push the cap nut

on
the upper part of the mixer bar

and
tighten the cap nut

fixed to the motor block

Before plugging the power plug, check that
the ON / OFF switch is

to "0
“and make
sure that the required specifications on the
label are fulfilled. In case they don’t match
don’t plug in the machine or turn it on. In this
case, call the responsible customer service.
The mains plug has to be viewed and easily accessible at any time by the oper-
ator.
The outlet has to comply with the CEE 7/7 standards.
Because the hand mixer has a protective isolation of the case, it requires no
earth connection.
Before the first use make sure you cleaned the hand mixer. Follow the instruc-
tions in chapter “7 Use and Operating” passage cleaning.
