Safety instruction for operating the cutter
“To-do-list” before operating the machine
Make sure the hand mixer is clean especially in those areas that come in con-
tact with the food. These include the EMA-bar

and the mixer bar

. In case
it is necessary clean those areas according to the instructions given in para-
graph cleaning.
Inspect the case for cracks and spalling the mixer. Follow the guidelines in
paragraph "Malfunctions".
The hand mixer, hold them by the handle the motor block
and the handle of the hand mixer to prevent burns on
heated mixing bar.
Switch on the hand mixer until it is in the liquid. Never get
the mixer bar during the working process of the liquid,
there is a risk of splashing.
