Operating preparations

3.4 Detaching from the tractor

The rotary swather should only be parked on level, solid ground!

No-one should be standing between the tractor and the rotary swather during raising and
lowering of the swather.

Follow all other safety instructions.

Chose a level, dry floor space with sufficient load
bearing capacity.

Lower the jack stand (1) and secure with pin.

Lower the swather making completely sure that it is
standing securely.

Disconnect the PTO shaft (2) and put it onto the
support provided.

Disconnect the top link.

Disconnect the lower link arm.
