the nearest workshop.

Danger! - Unexpected actions on the machine.

Effect: Danger to life or serious injuries.
•

Only persons who are confident with the machine may perform emergency manual
activation.

•

The person performing the activation must know which machine parts are affected by
controlling the valves.

•

The manipulation of the valves must only be carried out from a safe position outside the
range of the machine parts which are moved by the actuators.

•

Ensure that no persons, animals or objects are within this danger zone.

DANGER! – Unexpected actions on the machine.

Effect: Danger to life or serious injuries.
•

Emergency manual operation is not permitted during operation on the closed hydraulic
system (PB, LS).

•

For emergency manual operation, change the machine's hydraulic system (hydraulic lines)
to operation via double-action control unit by means of the two hydraulic plugs supplied.

•

Disconnect the LS signal line and place it in the bracket provided on the machine.

•

Do not activate the control unit until you have left the danger area.

•

Switch off the mowing unit drive (switch off PTO).

•

Wait until all machine parts have come to a complete stop.

•

Stop the tractor engine.

•

Secure the tractor against rolling.

•

Switch off the operating terminal.

•

Disconnect the LS signal line and place it in the bracket provided on the machine.

•

Disconnect the hydraulic hose lines (P, T).

•

Remove the hydraulic coupling and plug.

•

Mount the components supplied (2x hydraulic plugs) on the hydraulic hose lines (P, T).

•

Connect the hydraulic hose lines to a double-action control unit on the tractor.

•

Set the control valve of the connected hydraulic hose lines to neutral.

•

Release the valve / valves (by screwing in the setting screw(s)) for which a function is to be
executed according to the table.

•

Start the engine and pressurise the control valve.

•

Switch off the engine when the function has been executed.

•

Switch the control valve to neutral.

•

Screw out the setting screws again.

Repeat the procedure according to the table until the lateral mowing units are in transport

position.
