Setting the Signal device entry using the SW1
Here is a brief summary of the possible settings:
SW1-1 OFF,
SW1-2 OFF,
Pulse, 24V DC, min 15ms.
SW1-1 ON,
SW1-2 OFF,
NPN sensor or potential-free contact
SW1-1 OFF,
SW1-2 ON,
PNP sensor

Signal device: Checking Wiring Connection
Read the manual supplied with the sensor on how the wiring for this sensor should be connected to
the Control box. Check that the sensor is suitable for a supply voltage of 24V DC, that it can switch
30 mA current etc. Sometimes a sensor has 4 wires and one of the wires must be connected to the
24V DC or GROUD (LIGHT-ON, DARK-ON).
Setting the HQC to the correct mains voltage (110/220V)
SW2 is located on the PCB at the bottom of the box. This is used to select whether the Control box
should operate on 115V AC or 230V AC. This therefore depends on the available mains voltage. This
is set as standard to 230V AC.
