4.7.2 SMTP Configuration
The Gateway supports E-mail Warning feature. The Gateway will send the occurred events to
remote E-mail server. The receiver can then receive notification by E-mail. The E-mail warning is
conformed to SMTP standard. This page allows you to enable E-mail Alert, assign the SMTP
Server IP, Sender E-mail, and Receiver E-mail. If SMTP server requests you to authorize first, you
can also set up the username and password in this page.
SMTP Server IP: The IP address of the SMTP Server.
Email Account:
The sender’s Email Account.
Authentication Protocol: If SMTP server requests you to authorize first, select the
Authentication Protocol and following User Name and Password.
User Name: The User Name of the Sender Email account.
Password: The Password of the Sender Email account.
Confirm Password: Confirm the Password of the Sender Email account.
Rcpt Email Address 1:
The first Receiver’s email address.
Rcpt Email Address 2:
The second Receiver’s email address.
Press “

” to activate the setting.
