Align a/c unit (without cover) on the breaches and mark out the 8 mounting points for the unit.
•
Remove a/c unit and place the drillings on the rooftop.
•
Deburr / smoothen the cutting edges and drillings and seal with anti-corrosion coating.

Prepare interior roof area, so that the air distribution plate can be mounted under the roof (see
point
5.1

Put the a/c unit on the gaskets.
•
Insert the input lead with the fan switch through the suction hole into the interior area of the roof.
•
Mount the a/c unit with fastening material on the vehicle roof top.

Seal all roof breaches with gluing cement!
