Maintenance
5-1
5.1 MAINTENANCE AND PREVENTION
The DreamSpeed system requires minimal maintenance and care to keep it operating
properly. After the installation is complete, proper system maintenance by the operator is
important to keep it functioning normally. Regularly clean the filters and removable-media
systems.
5.2 FAN FILTER CLEANING
It is recommended that the filter be cleaned at least once every three months. If the
system’s operational environment is extremely dusty, clean the filter more often. The filter
can be easily cleaned by vacuuming or washing with mild soap, detergent, or cleaning
solvent.
The unit contains six fan assemblies for optimum cooling.
To remove the filter located at the front of the system, proceed as follows:
1. Squeeze the plastic peg and push outward of its location.
2. Remove the bezel by pressing the two side latches inward and pressing on the middle
peg.
3. Pull out the filter from its location.
