Serial Port COM 3 (X206) Configuration of the Serial Port COM 3
In order to configure the serial port COM3 as RS422 or RS485, there are following options to set the jumper J46
(Figure 23, pos. 3):
OPEN: RS485 half duplex (2 wires)
CLOSE: RS485 full duplex (4 wires) or
CLOSE: RS422 full duplex (8 wires) depends on user cabling connection to X206
