MOUNTING LIGHT(S) TO THE STAND

 

ATTENTION!  
Do not underestimate the weight of the lights

 placement and extension of the lights must be  

4

 carried out by physically fit technicians.

 Firmly grasp the tubes and secure with  

4

 the locking pin. 

MOVING THE LIGHT STAND (LOAD) 
Technicians: 

 

FP - First Person: 
operates the distance rod  
with the weight 

 

SP - Second Person: 
operates the clamping bracket's clamping  
screw and locking pin 

 

Order when extending the stand: 

 

FP

 holds the extension tube 

 

SP

 loosens the clamp screw

 and holds it

 pulls the locking pin until  

7

 the locking pin is no longer 

7

 in the locked position 

 

FP

 extends the extension tube and  

8

 lighting to the desired approx. height;

 NOTE:

 to find the pin hole easily the 

8

 locking pin should be 

8

 placed just above the hole 

 

SP

 let go of the locking knob,

 so that the pin can click into

 the extension tube 

 

FP

 slowly lowers the extension tube

 until the locking pin locks

 NOTE:

 The engagement is normally

 clearly audible (click) - in any

 case the control knob must be  

11

 in contact with the hexagon 

 

SP

 tightens the clamping screw

 (manual strength is enough) 

 

NOTE: 
Make sure that the "second person" immediately tightens 
the clamping screw

 if the “first person” cannot securely 

hold the extension tube. 
 
The load is retracted in reverse order.

- Gentle handling preserves the telescopic faculty, the load capacity  

-

 and the safety of the installation 

- Care and maintenance work may only be carried out when the unit is unloaded 
- Damaged parts may not be reused and should be replaced or repaired 
- Dirt, moisture and if necessary, any corrosion must be removed 
- During maintenance work pay attention to possible hazards (jamming, bumping, tilting)

 and proceed accordingly 

- For cleaning and care use a slightly damp cloth and a non-abrasive cleaning agent
