Loading paper into the bypass tray
Paper can be fed manually through the bypass tray when you wish to print onto paper of a size that is not loaded
into a paper tray, or when you wish to print onto label sheets or other special paper.
Follow the procedure described below to load paper into the bypass tray.

Open the bypass tray.
– When loading large-sized paper, pull out the tray extension.

Load the paper into the tray.
– Load paper so that the side to be printed on faces downward.
– Do not load so many pages that the top of the stack is higher than the
,
mark.
– Up to 150 sheets plain paper can be loaded.
– Slide the lateral guides to fit the size of paper to be loaded.

From the touch panel, select the paper type.
