Troubleshooting:

The blower does not start when the
"Start" button is pushed
Missing main power supply or
switched off main switch.
DIP switch 1-2 is in position ”ON:

The blower does not stop when the

Check that DIP switch 1-5 is in
position ”OFF: Operator´s panel

The blower does not respond to
pressing the "+" and "-" buttons on the
operator´s panel
DIP switch 1-7 is in position ”ON:
Operator´s panel +/- deactivated".
DIP switch 1-8 is in position ”ON:
+/- input from PLC"
Check that DIP switch 1-7 is in
position ”OFF: Operator´s panel
+/- activated".
Check that DIP switch 1-8 is in
position ”OFF: +/- input from
operator´s panel"
The display is oscillating between
set point, operating point, "000" and
"901"
Pressure- or flow control transmitter
is not correctly installed in piping, and
/ or not correctly connected to the
blower
Check that the pressure- or flow
control transmitter is correctly
installed in the pipeline (airflow
in arrows direction) and properly
connected to the blower electri
-
cally.
Check that DIP switch 2-1 is
put in correspondence with
the transmitter type. Standard
Kongskilde pressure- and flow
transmitter is equipped with
inactive pressure transmitter,
hence position ”ON: Inactive
pressure transmitter”
