Arbeitseinstellung Adjusting the machine for

Der Neigungswinkel der Maschine
wird mittels des Oberlenkers so
eingestellt, daß die
Doppelfederzinken den Boden nur
leicht streifen. Adjust the tilting angle of the
machine by means of the top link
so as to allow the double spring
tines to touch the ground slightly. L'angle de travail est règlé à l´aide
du 3ième point, de manière à ce
que les dents effleurent
légèrement le sol.
Bei zu tiefer Einstellung wird das
Futter verschmutzt, sowie die
Grasnarbe verletzt und die
Doppelfederzinken unterliegen
unnötiger Abnutzung. Too deep (an) adjustment causes
dirt to be taken up with the crop,
harms the grass stubble and
exposes the double spring tines to
unnecessary wear. Un réglage trop profond entraine
une salisure importante du
fourrage, ainsi qu´une usure très
élebée des dent.
Die Einstellung ist während der
Arbeit zu überprüfen. Check the adjustment at regular
intervals during work. Le réglage doit être vérifié pendant
le travail.
Der Streuwinkel ist abhängig von
der Einstellung der Stützräder
(siehe Seite 32). The spreading angle depends on
the adjustment of the support
wheels (see page 32). L´angle d´épandage dépend du
réglage des roues (voir page 32).
Wird zur Änderung des
Streuwinkels eine andere, als die
werksseitig vorgegebene,
Einstellung der Stützräder
vorgenommen, so muß
gleichzeitig, durch Korrektur am
Oberlenker, der Zetter so
nachgestellt werden, daß die
Doppelfederzinken wieder richtig
zur Aufnahme des Futters stehen. Should the wheels be changed
over to another spreading angle
than that adjusted in the factory, it
is in-dispensable to correct at the
same time the position of the
tedder by acting on the top link to
bring the tines to the correct
position. En cas de changement de cet
angle, il faut également rectifier la
distance du 3-points et ce fait
corriger le niveau de passage des
dents au sol.
Fahrgeschwindigkeit und
Zapfwellendrehzahl Travel speed and p.t.o. speed Vitesse d´avancement et vitesse
de rotation de la prise de force.
Die Fahrgeschwindigkeit ist
grundsätzlich so zu wählen, daß
der Zetter das vorhandene Futter
sauber aufnimmt. Gleichzeitig muß
die für die richtige Behandlung des
Futters erforderliche Drehzahl der
Zapfwelle gewährleistet sein. Always select the travel speed so
as to allow the Rotary Tedder to
take up the crop cleanly. At the
same time the correct PTO-speed
has to be guaranteed in order to
avoid damages of the quality of
the crop. La vitesse d´avancement doit être
établie selon la densité du
fourrage et d´une manière
générale à ce que la faneuse
reprenne correctement le fourrage.
En même temps la vitesse à la
prise de force doit être règlée de
manière à ne pas nuire à la qualité
du fourrage, c.à.d. selon le degré
de sèchage.
Diese richtet sich nach dem
Futterzustand, d.h. je trockener
das Futter umso geringer die
Drehzahl der Zapfwelle. In addition the p.t.o. speed must
suit at all times the crop
conditions: the dryer the crop, the
lower should be the p.t.o. speed. Plus le fourrage est sec, plus il y a
lieu de réduire la vitesse de
rotation de la prise de force.
