Zusammenbau der
vormontierten Maschine von der
Palettenposition aus -
Montagefolge: Assembly of the preassembled
machine from the pallet: Montage de la machine à partir
du conditionnement sur palete:
1. Alle zur Maschine gehördenden
losen Teile, die an der Maschine
bzw. auf der Palette verdrahtet
sind, herunternehmen. 1. Remove wire securing all loose
ingle parts from voth pallet and
machine. 1. Retiter toutes les pièces en vrac
fixées sur la machine.
2. Maschine vorn am
Dreipunktbock mittels Frontlader
mit Kette hochheben. 2. Raise the machine at the
headstock with a chain by means
of a front loader. 2. Relever la machine par le 3ième
point à l'aide d'un dispositif de
levage sur chargeur.
3. Palette hinten lösen und
entfernen. (Maschine steht danach
hinten auf beiden Stützrädern). 3. Detach and remove the pallet at
the rear . The machine rests then
at the rear on both support wheels. 3. Retirer la palette en bois (la
machine se trouve sur les roues).
4. Abstellstütze links und rechts
herunterstellen und absichern, auf
Stützen absenken, Ketten
entfernen. 4. Lower and secure the RH an LH
support foots, lower the machine
to the ground and remove the
chain. 4. Mettre les béquilles de sécurité,
sécuriser et laisser descendre la
machine.
5. Maschine an Dreipunkthydraulik
des Schleppers anbauen. 5. Attach machine to the tractor
three-point headstock. 5. Monter la machine sur le 3-point
du tracteur.
6. Hydraulikleitung am Schlepper
verbinden. 6. Couple hydraulic hoses of
machine to tractor hydraulics. 6. Relier le flexible hydraulique à
la priese d'huile du tractuer.
7. Ein Seilende am Hebel der
Hydro-Stop festmachen. 7. Attach one end of the rope to
the Hydrostop system. 7. Attacher la cordelette au levier
de la vanne hydro-Stop.
8. Maschine etwas anheben. 8. Lift the machine slightly. 8. Relever lègèrement la machine.
