SERVICE PROCEDURE

PW160-7H VEAM390100

Air Cleaner Inner Element - Replace

First remove the outer element, and then remove the inner
element.

Cover the air connector side (outlet side) with a clean cloth or
tape.

Clean the air cleaner body interior, then remove the cover
from the air intake port in Step 2.

Install a new inner element to the connector, then tighten the
nut.

NOTICE

The inner element must not be cleaned and used again.

When replacing the outer element, replace the inner element
at the same time.

Set the outer element in position, then lock cover (6) with
hooks (2).
