Troubleshooting Guide
This troubleshooting guide is for general aid only. A Kohler Authorized Service Representative or qualified
electrician should correct any electrical problems. For warranty service, contact your dealer or wholesale
distributor.

System does not start or stop.

No power to
pump/receptacle/keypad.

Set/Reset GFCI or ELCB.
Check wiring.

Harness is blocked.

wiring harness. Refer to

System stops automatically

GFCI or ELCB has tripped.

Set/Reset GFCI or ELCB.

Motor overheated and
protection device activated.

Check for restricted air space
around pump box, motor vent
blockage, suction/harness
blockage. Correct and allow
motor to cool.
6.
System does not stop
automatically after 22 minutes.

Timer mechanism accidentally
deactivated.

Noisy operation.
