I ) To ADD / Modify a new / existing program :
A) ADDing a New Program
:
Select ‘ADD’ from menu by pressing ‘1’ & ‘ENTER’
E.g. To create program no. 1
Press ‘1’ & ‘ENTER’
Use Alphanumeric keys to Enter Sample Name.
For Example, the Sample Name is ABC and press ‘Enter’ Key to acknowledge.
Display reads the type of sample preparation done for the analysis.
Select ‘1’ for Slide and ‘2’ for Capillary (one end sealed)
and press ‘Enter’ key.
Display reads the ‘Heat’ Mode of melting range determination.
For e.g. To select ‘
Heat’ Mode,
Press ‘1’ &’ENTER’.
