Intended Use
The KLS Martin bipolar forceps NON-STICK
r e d
are intended for coagulating, dissecting,
grasping and manipulating and tissue. A suitable bipolar cable must be used to connect these
products to the appropriate output of an electrosurgical unit that uses bipolar coagulation
current.
The maximum output voltage of the generator may not exceed 500 Vp. The appropriate output
power setting depends on the specific application, the type of forceps used and the selected
coagulation current. In addition, however, the relevant instructions provided in the user man-
ual of the electrosurgical unit must be observed and followed as well.
Suitable bipolar cables:
Products with item numbers 80-287-33-04 / 53-04, 80-286-30-04 / 50-04,
80-287-89-04 / 90-04, 80-287-70-04, 80-291-40-04, 80-286-40-04, 80-293-40-04.

requires that the operator is familiar with
the methods and application of electrosurgery.
Electrosurgical instruments may only be used by qualified individuals specially trained or
instructed in their use!
