Storage when not in use
• Clean the grill as described in the previous section “Cleaning”.
• Wind the power cord (8) onto the cable rewind (5) at the back of the grill.
• Only store the grill in a dry and clean place, away from direct sunlight and out of
the reach of children.
TROUBLESHOOTING
DANGER
Risk of injury! Do not carry out any independent repairs to the grill.
Never open the grill housing! If the problem cannot be solved, contact
customer service.
In the following you will find some possible error patterns that can occur with your grill.
Check whether the indicated solutions solve the problem.

The grill is not working.
The power plug is not
plugged into the socket.
Plug the power plug into
an outlet that you know
works safely.
There is no voltage at the
socket.
Possibly the circuit is
overloaded and the fuse
has blown. If necessary,
remove any other
consumers (devices) that
are operated via the same
circuit and switch the fuse
on again.
The main switch (7) is not
switched on.

The grill has too little
power.
The temperature is selected
too low.
Select a higher
temperature.
The selected shelf level
for the grill rack (11) is
too low.
Place the grill rack (11) at
a higher shelf level.
The grill has not been
preheated.
