Using the appliance
Start / Pause / Standby
Energy saving function
General notes Automatic timer
• You can start your baking process by pressing .
• To pause the cooking process, press the -key one
time. The display will flash.
• To cancel the heating and baking process, press the
key a second time.
• Hold the key for 3 seconds. The display light will switch
off and stay in energy saving state.
• If no operation takes place within 10 minutes, the display
will also switch to energy saving state automatically.
• Pushing any key leads to an interruption of the energy
saving state.
• During the status of reservation, press cancel button
once, time and temperature of reservation menu
will be shown with menu icon lighting constantly.
Press again, screen returns to clock, or press start
button to return to reservation status.
• Reminder function is invalid during automatic timer
mode status.
• The oven lamp is activated for all the oven heating types
(except for ECO mode)
• If you have selected a heating type but didn’t confirm
by touching the within 5 minutes, current time will be
displayed again (Stand-By mode). The heating type you’ve
selected before will be lost.
• To make sure that the appliance has recieved your touch
operation correctly, a beep sound will occur.
• When the cooking process is finished, you’ll hear a 5 times-
buzzer.
You can only use this function when you have set the cur-
rent time before.
• Push the key .
• By rotating the selection knob
K2 , choose your desired
target start hour. This value must be in an interval between
0 - 23.
• To confirm the setting, push the key again.
• Now adjust the target starting minute by rotating the selec-
tion knob K2 .
• Do
not
press the key again, otherwise you have changed
the time. (Without confirming, make the other settings as
follows)
• Now select the the heating type by the function knob
K1
.
Then push the key to confirm.
• Now choose a cooking time by rotating the function knob
K1 and correct the temperature by rotating the function
knob
K2
.
• Push the key again to confirm your selection. Now the
icon will appear instantly on the display. The target start
time can be checked by pushing the key . After 3 seconds,
the clock (last displayed value) will appear again.
• When the desired start time is reached, the appliance will
start working automatically, indicated by a buzzer sound.
• The icon will disappear from the display.
Meat probe (AutoCook)
The meat probe monitors the temperature inside a dish
(core). For this, a target temperature is determined.
When it has been reached, the dish is considered ready
and the oven switches off automatically.
• In standby mode, connect the meat probe to the socket in
the cavity. „Prob“ and the probe icon will be displayed.
• Select your desired heating mode using the K1 knob.
Sequence:
• Now press to confirm the setting.
• After that, use the
K2
knob to set the target core tempera-
ture and press to confirm.
• The small display will show the temperature and the large
display „Prob“.
• When the set target core temperature is reached, this will
be shown on the display.
Five beeps will signal the end of the cooking process.
• The target core temperature can be set in the range 50 -
150 °C. The operating temperature of the oven is 165°C.
• While using this function, the automatic timer cannot be
set.
• If you unplug the meat probe from the socket, the cur-
rent operation will be canceled.
• If the display shows „ER-3“ after the programme has
been started, this means a problem with the meat pro-
