Decrease load
Clear or change the air cleaner element 
Use the fuel with right mark 
Check and adjust the air valve clearance

Check sealed band, service and lap it
Change and service

B. Blue smoke 
1.The oil level is too high

3. Oil seal of valve is disabled and the clear-
    ance of valve stem is too large
4.Put the acclivitous face ring in reverse(the 
   second ring)

Check the valve plate of breathing apparatus 
is sealed and the oil return hole is expedite

Drain oil of the fuel tank and water

Check injection pressure and the quality of spray
Check and adjust angle of advance of oil supply

2. The oil mist in breathing apparatus is too much

Check the oil level in the bottom with oil gage and drain oil 

Change valve oil seal or service valve and pipe

Check and correct (the oil opening is underside)

C Whit smoke: the temperature is low in winter, 
whit smoke is natural when start-up, the temp-
erature rise, the whit smoke will disappear. 

2.Oil of injection is not atomization, fat liquor steam is drained

1. There is mix more water in fuel, vapour is drained

3. Injection advance angle is too later, oil gas is drained

4.Air cylinder, cylinder cover, head gasket is leak

Check the injection pressure and the quality of spraying
