End of Run Procedures
Step 1
-
Once the trolley is retracted clear from the
house, move the PTO Rewind switch to the center or
off position to temporarily stop retraction.
Step 2

Purge the Avi
-
FoamGuard system of the
water/foam solution by turning off the injection pump
on the control panel. Allow the Booster Pump to con-
tinue running water through the system with the reel
inlet pressure remaining at 120 PSI.
Step 3

Remove the foam wand from the foam con-
centrate drum and place it into a 5 gallon bucket of
water. Press and hold the prime button for Injection
Pump #1 to begin drawing water from the bucket to
flush the line. Refill and flush again if necessary.
Step 4

Close the valve to Injection Pump #1
Purge the System:
NOTE: It will take several minutes for the system to purge and for water to begin to run clear from the
generators.
Step 5

Once water runs clear from the generators,
slowly throttle down the Booster Pump and turn off
the key. Turn off the fuel to the Booster Pump.
Step 6

Close the main supply valve.
